The end of the 2020-2021 high school basketball season in Missouri has brought the final rankings in Classes 1 through 6. Of note, the Milan Lady Wildcats, after reaching the Class 3 quarterfinals, and falling six points short (70-64) of the Final Four in a spirited game against Skyline, finished 5th in Class 3. Another Sullivan County squad that finished one win shy of a trip to Springfield, the Green City Gopher boys, finished 7th in Class 1.
