The Panther softball and baseball teams from Grundy County High School in Galt where ready to start their seasons with a Tuesday night doubleheader at Brashear, only to see their hopes of playing squelched by wet field conditions. With the trip to Brashear now moved to September 29th, Grundy R-5’s teams prepare for games later this week.
The Lady Panther softball team travels to Gilman City to play the Ladyhawks on Thursday, with the baseball team in LaPlata to “battle the Bulldogs” on Friday night.
