The Trenton Lady Bulldogs lost a chance at an upset of a state-ranked Lawson squad on Monday night, connecting on a number of base hits, but lacking timely hits with runners on the bases, in a 3-2, 10 inning setback against the Lady Cardinals.
Jena Harris paced the THS offense with three hits, with a run scored and a double. Kenzie Lynch had Trenton’s other run, with three hits in five at bats. Kaegan Croy was 2 for 4, Madi Moore had a double and RBI, Mirena King a double in four at bats, and Katelyn Clark a 1 for 5 night. Emma Roberts took the loss from the pitching circle for Trenton.
