Princeton girls, Milan boys win GRC track titles

The Grand River Conference’s 16 schools converged on King City High School on Tuesday afternoon for the annual GRC track and field championships, with the Princeton girls, amassing 98 points, outlasting the 84 of South Harrison for the team title.  In a hotly contested boys race, the Milan Wildcats won the conference title, by a final score of 109 to 105 over Worth County. 

The Maysville girls finished third with 83 points, with Trenton’s 49 points good for fifth place.  The Princeton boys racked up 80 points for a third place finish, with Trenton’s 18 points placing the Bulldogs 13th.

The Gallatin girls had 45 points for 8th place, with Milan’s 32 points placing the Lady ‘Cats 12th.  The Gallatin boys had 10 1/2 points for a 15th place finish.
