Both Trenton basketball teams alive very much alive in their hopes of winning District 16 titles, with the Lady Bulldogs playing Lathrop for the championship on Saturday at 2 o’clock. Â Meanwhile, the Trenton boys, after falling short in three regular-season games against Hamilton, get one more shot at the Hornets, on Thursday night at 7:30 in the district semifinals (on KTTN FM 92.3).
The Trenton wrestlers wrapped up their season with three young men (Drew Rorebeck, Mason Owen, and Jadan Whitney) competing in last weekend’s Class 1 state tournament at Mizzou Arena in Columbia.
