The eight schools of the KCI Conference will gather in Lawson on Saturday, playing the season-opening conference volleyball tournament.
The host Lawson Lady Cardinals will be the top seed in Pool A, playing in the Lawson High School gymnasium against #2 seed Lathrop, #3 seed Mid-Buchanan, and #4 seed Penney High of Hamilton.
The adjacent Barker Center will host the four-team Pool B, with top seed East Buchanan joined by West Platte, Plattsburg, and North Platte.
