The NASCAR Cup Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, originally set for Sunday, has been postponed due to anticipated rain throughout the day. The Crayon 301 has been rescheduled for Monday at noon ET, and fans can catch the action live on USA Network, PRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, and the NBC Sports App.

Christopher Bell of Joe Gibbs Racing secured the Busch Light Pole Award during Saturday’s qualifying session and will lead the field to the green flag. His teammate, Martin Truex Jr., will start alongside him on the front row.

With only seven races remaining in the regular season, William Byron of Hendrick Motorsports currently holds the top spot in the standings, leading Truex by 21 points. Kyle Busch from Richard Childress Racing sits in third, followed by Bell and Ross Chastain of Trackhouse Racing rounding out the top five.

Bell, the defending winner of the New Hampshire race, secured his playoff spot with the victory last year. Aric Almirola of Stewart-Haas Racing also secured a playoff berth with a win at New Hampshire in 2021.

Kevin Harvick holds the record for the most wins among active drivers at New Hampshire, with four victories. Harvick, who will retire at the end of the season, last triumphed at the 1.058-mile track in 2019.

NASCAR had initially scheduled a test at the Loudon oval for Monday and Tuesday, but due to the unfavorable weather forecast, the sessions were canceled. Instead, the two-day test to evaluate a rules configuration for potential use in the Cup Series on short tracks and road courses in 2024 has been rescheduled to take place on July 31 and August 1 at Richmond Raceway.
