In an impressive display, the 8th-ranked North Central Missouri College Lady Pirates secured a decisive Tuesday night victory with a final score of 97-46 against Missouri Valley College JV. The starting lineup, led by Tori Meinecke, showcased efficient offense and formidable defense, establishing the foundation for the team’s success. With this win, NCMC’s record improves to 17-4, and their next challenge awaits them on the road against Southeast CC on Wednesday.

Meinecke demonstrated her scoring prowess, contributing 12 points with accurate shooting both from the field and the free-throw line. Nateonia Russell, Jessica Reeter, and Bailey Fleming played pivotal roles, combining for 27 points and showcasing versatility on the offensive end.

The Lady Pirates’ bench proved to be a valuable asset, with A’Myah Bankston making a significant impact by contributing 15 points, including a scoring touch from beyond the arc. Gladys Brown added 9 points, displaying scoring ability and efficiency from the free-throw line.
