Maryville’s Jessica Sheil becomes Lady Pirates fourth commit for 2018

Maryville High School senior Jessica Sheil has signed with the women’s golf program at North Central Missouri College, adding her described “overall athleticism” to the Lady Pirates links program.  As a Spoofhound, Sheil earned All-MEC and All-District honors, receiving similar distinction for her work in track and field.

Head Coach Daniel Cordray is excited about the potential Sheil brings into his program, saying, “Jessica is fairly new to the game.  She just really started to get more serious with it the last two years of her high school career.  This year as a senior, she had a couple of tourney scores in the 80s.  She hits the ball a good distance for the women’s college game.  She is very athletic and physically strong, which will help her pick things up quickly!”

In addition to her outstanding accomplishments as an athlete, Jessica is also a very good student.  For three years at Maryville, she has received the Bronze Honor Roll distinction.
