Missouri-Troy chosen for 3 PM kick on October 5th

The Missouri Tigers five-game homestand will continue with a non-conference test against Troy University on Saturday, October 5th.  On Monday, the Southeastern Conference, by way of the league’s television partners, announced times and stations to air the five contests involving SEC teams on that Saturday.

The Missouri – Troy game will be part of a triple-header on the SEC Network, with a 3 o’clock kickoff from Memorial Stadium in Columbia.  The game can be heard on the statewide Tiger Radio Network, and affiliate KTTN FM 92.3, with pregame at 1 o’clock.

The 11 AM game on the SEC Network that day will be a non-conference duel, with LSU hosting Utah State, with Vanderbilt playing at Ole Miss in the evening game from Oxford at 6:30.

CBS, with the first choice of games, took a top-25 showdown from Gainesville, with the Florida Gators hosting the Auburn Tigers at 2:30.  The border rivalry between Georgia and Tennessee will be played at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville at 6 o’clock on ESPN.
