Missouri women announce non-conference dates and opponents

The Missouri women’s basketball team revealed its complete non-conference schedule for the 2023-24 season on Tuesday, consisting of 13 games. The game times will be disclosed at a later date.

The Tigers will commence their season by hosting Belmont on Nov. 6.

During the week of Thanksgiving, Mizzou will travel to Florida for the Daytona Beach Classic, where they will compete against Tennessee Tech on Nov. 24 and Kent State on Nov. 25.

To conclude their schedule for November, the Tigers will undertake a journey to the Mid-Atlantic as a part of the inaugural ACC-SEC Challenge, facing Milan High School product Cady Pauley and the Virginia Cavaliers on Nov. 30.

Mizzou’s nonconference lineup will culminate with a home match against Kansas City on Dec. 21.

In addition, the Tigers will host Indiana State on Nov. 9, North Alabama on Nov. 14, Southern Indiana on Nov. 20, Southeast Missouri State on Dec. 2, and Missouri State on Dec. 6.

MU will hit the road to confront Saint Louis on Nov. 12, Kansas State on Dec. 9 in St. Joseph, and Illinois on Dec. 17 in Champaign, Illinois.

In the previous season, Mizzou registered an overall record of 18-14, succumbing to Arkansas 85-74 in the first round of the SEC Tournament. The Tigers secured a victory of 71-61 against Illinois State in the opening round of the WNIT but faced a defeat of 75-47 at the hands of Kansas in the second round.
