Putnam County High School senior Jordan Hollon, on Wednesday afternoon, signed with the softball program at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, joining a successful program that has eight Region 2 championships, including one this past spring.
With the Lady Midgets, Hollon hit .399 for her career with 74 RBI’s.
Northeastern Oklahoma A&M is a two-year school located in Miami, Oklahoma, just across the Missouri state line to the southwest of Joplin. The school’s female athletic teams are known as the “Lady Norse”. NEO’s enrollment is approximately 2,000 students.
