The Trenton Lady Bulldogs got their home gym rocking on Tuesday night, stretching the KCI Conference’s East Buchanan Bulldogs to a decisive third set. Unfortunately for THS, EBHS got the quick jump on the Bulldogs in the final set, taking a 25-16 decision in a three-set thriller.
East Buchanan had an easy time of things in the opening set, rolling to a 25-10 victory. Trenton’s victory, in a tight middle set, came by a final of 25-23.
Karli Provorse had a career night for the Lady Bulldogs, with 12 kills and nine digs. Shawna Coplen contributed three assists and two digs, with Saedee Jackson five digs and four kills, Melea Farmer six assists, and Laura Carlson eight digs with five kills.
