Chiefs announce three-game preseason slate

The Kansas City Chiefs will tune up for the 2023 season with three preseason games in the month of August, including the final contest, with the Cleveland Browns visiting GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on 1 o’clock on Saturday, August 26th.

The two other games for the defending Super Bowl champions will be road trips, with the Chiefs at New Orleans for a 1 o’clock kickoff on Sunday, August 13th, with a game in Glendale, Arizona against the Cardinals on Saturday, August 19th at 8 o’clock.

The NFL preseason opens on August 3rd with the Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio between the New York Jets and Cleveland Browns on NBC.  

The Chiefs will open the 2023 regular season hosting the Detroit Lions on Thursday, September 7th.  FOX will air the final preseason game, with Houston at New Orleans on August 27th.
