The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to terms on a three-year contract with veteran defensive end Michael Danna, according to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network.

Danna will continue to add depth to the Chiefs defensive line for 2024, after starting 16 regular season games and all four postseason games for the Super Bowl champions a season ago.  The fifth-round pick in the 2020 draft out of Michigan had career highs with 6 1/2 sacks, 32 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and 13 quarterback hits.

The Chiefs are continuing preparation for the NFL Draft in Detroit, Michigan, starting Thursday, April 25th.
