MHSFCA announces Class 1, Region 4 softball selections

The Missouri High School Fastpitch Coaches Association (MHSFCA) has announced selections for first and second team status for Class 1, Region 4, consisting of the combination of Districts 7 and 8.

The region representative in this weekend’s Class 1 Show-Me Showdown in Springfield, the Gallatin Lady Bulldogs, have six players named first-team All-Region, in pitcher AnnaBelle Ball, catcher Betty Rogers, outfielder Alex Endicott, at-large pick Brynn Bird, and infielders Ashley Feiden and Karydon Jones.

Other first-team honorees are Worth County pitcher Brooklyn Richardson and infielder Kynah Steele; Platte Valley pitcher Delaney Wolf, catcher Maggie Collins, outfielder Kali Redden, and infielder Brylie Angle; Polo pitcher Hanna Vaught, catcher Mya Heil, and infielder Kendyl Fitzwater; Pattonsburg outfielder Katelyn Jones; King City infielder Wylie McKinnon; Stanberry infielder Amelia Wallace; and utility selection Hadley Defreece of Stanberry.

Second-team selections are Bishop LeBlond pitcher Kayla Beam, Worth County catcher Autumn Cousatte and North Andrew catcher Kinzie Wilmes; Northeast Nodaway infielder Jill Boswell, North Andrew infielder Kelsey Rathbun, and Albany infielder Abigail Troncin; Gilman City outfielder Riah Crump, Stanberry outfielder Katlyn James, and Princeton outfielder Grace Kelly; and Maysville utility player Hailey Lemunyon.
