With the Missouri Tigers scheduled for an off week, in preparation for a two-game road swing to South Carolina and Alabama to open October, the Southeastern Conference will still boast plenty of top matchups on Saturday, September 29th, with kick times and television designations for the eight games (five conference, three non-conference) announced on Monday.

CBS’s SEC Game of the Week will feature the long-time border rivals from Tennessee and Georgia, with this year’s game between the Vols and the #2 ranked Bulldogs at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia with a 2:30 kickoff.  In another border battle from the SEC West, the Ole Miss Rebels will be at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, playing LSU at 8:15 on ESPN.

The return of Florida Head Coach Dan Mullen to Mississippi State University, his last stop before taking the UF opening after the 2017 season, will be played at 5 o’clock on ESPN.
