District high school softball tournaments will begin on Wednesday night with a number of first-round games at locations across the area, including at Mark Griffin Memorial Field in Trenton, where the defending Class 2 state runner-up Trenton Lady Bulldogs host the Class 2, District 16 tournament. On Wednesday night at 6:30, third-seeded Trenton will host the 6th-seeded Milan Lady Wildcats, with coverage on KTTN FM 92.3.
