The Trenton Lady Bulldog volleyball team is in the midst of their busiest stretch of the 2018 season, with a trip to Carrollton High School on Saturday for the Carrollton Invitational Tournament sending THS into back-to-back road trips to start the new week (Monday at Chillicothe, Tuesday at Lathrop).

On Saturday, Trenton claimed second place in the four-team tournament at Carrollton, falling twice to Richmond, including the championship match, 25-21, 25-20.

On Monday night, Trenton’s volleyball teams headed to Chillicothe High School, with the Lady Hornets taking the clean sweep of all three competitions.  In the varsity match, broadcast on KTTN FM 92.3, Chillicothe took a 25-8, 25-17 victory, with that match following a 25-10, 25-6 JV win, and a 25-10, 25-13 triumph for the Hornet freshmen.  Chillicothe’s varsity record is now 8-10-1, with Trenton dropping to 8-12-2.
