The girls and boys basketball teams from both Milan High School and Putnam County High School will be among the participants in the six-school Schuyler County Basketball Tournament, being held from Monday, November 26th to Saturday, December 1st.
Two gyms on the Schuyler County campus in Queen City will be utilized, with the first three nights (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) of pool play being held in the high school gymnasium for the boys tournament, and the middle school gym for the girls. On Saturday, the middle school gym will host the consolation finals, while the high school gym hosts the third place games, followed by the championship games.
Pool 1 teams will be the Milan Wildcats, Knox County Eagles, and Scotland County Tigers, with Pool 2 divided into the Clark County Indians, Putnam County Midgets, and the Schuyler County Rams.
