The North Central Missouri College Pirate basketball teams have hit the busy mid-January portion of the schedule, with a sweep at Southeast Community College in Beatrice, Nebraska last week, a split on Saturday to open Region 16 play against St. Louis, with the men losing on Tuesday night at Ellsworth Community College, while the Lady Pirates readied for back-to-back games against JV squads from Missouri Valley College.
On Monday night at 7 o’clock, the Pirate men host Kansas City Kansas on Hot Country Z 101.7. The next Region 16 doubleheader for the Pirates will be Wednesday, January 24th, hosting the Penn Valley Scouts (5 PM / 7 PM) on Hot Country Z 101.7.
