Swann shoots 37 to lead Trenton to strong Monday performance at Riverside

The Trenton Bulldogs played host to two golfers each from Princeton High School and Putnam County High School on Monday afternoon, in golf competition at Riverside Country Club.  The Bulldogs dominated play on their home course, shooting a team score of 164, led by Nate Swann’s 37, earning the THS senior medalist honors.

Other Trenton scores were 39 from junior Lathan Croy, Corbyn Guile at 42, 46 from Luke Lewis, and 50 for Connor Cotton.  

The four scores turned in by the visiting Tigers and Midgets all came in between 56 and 62, with Putnam County’s Wyatt Robinson at 56, Princeton’s Mason Webber at 59, Putnam County’s Bryce Koenen with 60, and a 62 from Princeton High School’s Zane Hickman.

Okla Fitzpatrick, golfing for the Trenton JV, turned in a nine-hole score of 63.

The THS Bulldogs host North Kansas City High School, coached by THS alum Joel Peace, this (Tuesday) afternoon at 4 o’clock back at Riverside Country Club.
