The Trenton basketball teams are three games into Grand River Conference play, with the Lady Bulldogs sitting, with Milan, atop of the East standings at 0-3, while the Bulldog boys, after a triple overtime loss to Gallatin on Tuesday night, are 1-2.
The Trenton teams will play on Saturday at Holiday Hoops at NCMC, with the THS boys taking on Green City at 1:30 (KTTN FM 92.3) while the Lady Bulldogs entertain St. Joseph Lafayette (4:30 / Hot Country Z 101.7).
With the Bulldog hoop teams ready to play this weekend, the wrestling team is coming off a weekend appearance in Sedalia a week ago, immediately following a Thursday trek to Marceline.
