The Princeton football team ran into one of the top squads in Missouri Class 1 football last Friday night, falling to Mid-Buchanan High School in the season opener at Eddie Allen Field. This week, the Tigers face their longest road trip of the season, a multi-hour trek to Cleveland, Missouri to play the Cass-Midway Vikings.
The Princeton softball team started their season strong, with road wins over Albany and Schuyler County, but hit turbulence of their own as Mother Nature and the tough Maysville Lady Wolverines combined to throw a shutout at the Lady Tigers on Tuesday night.
